STEP 1 – REGISTER
ALL (NEW & EXISTING) players must self-register online REGISTER HERE
We are an Active Kids Provider, if you wish to claim your Active Kids Voucher for your soccer registration (available for U06-U18 players only, attending school). Apply for your voucher online before registering: www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher

Register and pay on line.
All players moving into U10/W10, U11/W11 and U12/W12 in the current season as well as any new players from U12/W12 onwards will need to upload a new photo.

ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS: If you are waiting to receive your 2024 Active Kids Vouchers on 1st February you can still register your child/children in the meantime. When it comes to the payment section you can choose to pay later.
PLEASE NOTE: no glasses to be worn in ID photographs, unless they are sports glasses. If necessary, the following documentation is required for EC approval of sports glasses and should be emailed to registrar@gufc.com.au
- photo of player with sports glasses on
- letter from optometrist detailing the type of glasses purchased (with player name) and their specifications, including specific mention of the make, material and durability.
- Manufacturers specification of the sports glasses.
In-person at GUFC registration days
- Drivers License with the address unaltered (ie. a change in address sticker on the back in not accepted);
- Council Rate Notice;
- A recent statement from a government or financial institution;
- Documents not accepted include phone, utility or electricity account statements.
Our Clubhouse will be open or new players/parents bringing in original documents for sighting by committee or those who are experiencing difficulties with the online system. Please see important dates listed at the top of the page and follow our social media for updates.

STEP 2 – GRADING
U/W6 will attend a muster session and team grading session on the 19th of February 2024. Grading with then follow the muster for U/W6 on the 21st of February 2024.
U/W7 will not need to attend grading at this point. we will contact new teams if they are required to.
U/W08 – U/W16 must attend an individual grading on the 11th of February 2024, at Gymea Bay Oval
*U/W18 teams can provide a team sheet for teams already formed
