For anyone in need of injury assessment and treatment, Steve is offering a no gap payment service when people claim with their health fund, just bring your card and as long as you have cover for physiotherapy, there is no out of pocket expense. Those that don't have health insurance will be offered consultations at a discounted fee of $60. These consultations can also be used for sports massage.

HUGE congratulations to GUFC's executive committee member, Mark Hildebrandt, who has been awarded a very prestigious Merit Award by the Sutherland Shire
Football Association. Mark has held senior positions on the committee for the last ten years, including Vice President, Senior Registrar and MiniRoos
Referee Coordinator. Well done Mark ... thank you for all your hard work over the years.
GUFC 2019 Committee Vacancies
Next season we have a number of positions vacant on the committee including Honorary Secretary, Social Secretary & General Committee.
Some duties a General Committee person might help out with are:
- Junior Presentation day;
- registration days;
- committee duty 3 or 4 (half days) a season at Gymea Bay Oval;
- attend monthly committee meetings;
plus assisting with another part of running the club which interests you!
GUFC is entirely voluntary run - we need more support from members to effectively run the club ... if you are interested in helping out please email firstname.lastname@example.org
GUFC's 60th Year Celebrations - 2019
As many of you know next season 2019 is GUFC's 60th year.
At a recent meeting, the Management Committee approved a really exciting draft list of events to celebrate this wonderful milestone.
The celebrations will focus on our rich history and our special place in the Gymea Community as the "Family Club". We will also look to celebrate the role volunteers play within GUFC past and present and our special place as a leader in diversity within football.
Oh yes and we hope you all will have lots of fun along the way!!!
