Saturday 26 May

Gymea Bay Oval: Ground control + BBQ
6.30am-9.30am (includes set up): 6E/2, 6i (4 people each)
9.30am-12.30pm (includes field change over): 8F (6 people)
12.30pm-5.30pm (includes pack up): 21B (6 people)
Waratah Park 3
Ground control : All GUFC teams playing*
Pack up (after game): 18B^

Sunday 27 May

Gymea Bay Oval: Ground control + BBQ
7am-12.00pm (includes set up): SWD (6 people)
12.00pm-5.00pm (includes pack up): AL10 (6 people)
Waratah Park 3
Ground control: All GUFC teams playing*
Set up (before game): SWG/2^
Pack up (after game): AL12/1^

#Meet at Gymea Bay Oval, but some people may be asked to go to Waratah to set up

*All GUFC teams at Waratah 3 must provide  2 people to wear an orange jacket. These people patrol the field you are playing on for the duration of your game. Their job is to ensure crowd behaviour is always acceptable.

^ Set up and pack up teams also provide ground control (as above) during their game.
