2012 registration
Welcome to Gymea United Football Club for 2012
The 3 ways you can register:
(1) Register and pay online at www.myfootballclub.com.au
- Mastercard or Visa payment only
- Online registration open from 15/1/12 – 5/2/12
- Read more on online rego before starting>>
- IMPORTANT - some players will still need to come to registration day (even if you register online):
- All new players (for id verification)
- All players in the u10 age group for 2012 (as they require a photo this year)
- All players who did not play with GUFC in 2011 (eg. Played with another club)
(2) Register online at www.myfootballclub.com.au and pay in-person at GUFC registration days
- Online registration open from 15/1/12 – 5/2/12
- Complete your online registration and request an invoice instead of making payment
- Print and bring your invoice to the GUFC registration days to pay

(3) In-person at GUFC registration days
- Credit card (Mastercard or Visa), Eftpos, cash or cheque payments accepted

Registration days
2012 registration days will be held at Gymea Bay Oval Community Hall:
- Sunday 29 January - 12-4pm
- Wednesday 1 February - 5.30-7pm
- Saturday 4 February – 12-4pm
- Sunday 5 February – 12–4pm
New players
All new players (who have never played in the Sutherland Shire Football competition) must register in person at registration days. New players need to bring with them:
- Proof of age - original birth certificate, passport or drivers license
- Proof of residence in the Sutherland Shire – eg. drivers license

Family discount
- $26 per senior player (u21 and over)
- $13 per junior player (u6-u18 inclusive)
To be eligible you must:
- Register three or more players
- Be a spouse, defacto spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son or daughter (including step) grandfather, grandmother, granddaughter or grandson living in the same residence

Student discount (over 18 only)
- $20 per player
To be eligible you must:
- Over 18 years of age
- Full time student

Uniforms and merchandise
All players registered with GUFC must wear the official club uniform:
- GUFC playing short $20
- GUFC playing shirt $30
- GUFC playing socks $10
We also sell a range of merchandise – spray jacket $50 (juniors) and $55 (seniors), polo shirts $30, polar fleece jumpers $40 and more. The uniform shop will be open:

Other information
Late fees: Apply after 5/2/11 – $10 (u6-u18) and $50 (u21 and over)
Payment of registration: Fees must be paid in full before players can attend grading, training or trail games. No player is covered by insurance until they are registered.
Refunds: Any player withdrawing from a team after the completion of grading will forfeit 10% of their registration fee. Any players withdrawing from a team after team sheets have been submitted to the SSFA will forfeit 50% of their registration fee plus all SSFA fees.
